Click "Book Now" and follow the 3-step wizard: pick a service, choose a date and time, then confirm. You'll receive a confirmation email the moment your booking is recorded.

Yes. Use "Book as Guest" on the home page and you can complete a booking with just your name, email, and phone. If you later create an account with the same email, your past guest bookings are automatically linked.

Sign in, open "My Appointments", and use the Cancel or Reschedule buttons on any upcoming booking. When you cancel, we'll suggest 2–3 alternative times for the same service before you finalize.

If your preferred time is taken, hover the slot to reveal a "Join waitlist" button. The moment a cancellation frees that slot, we'll email you a one-click confirmation link — you'll have a short window to claim it before it rolls to the next person.

We send email confirmations on booking, on confirmation by the business, on reschedule, and on cancellation. Pending services (those that require manual approval) get a separate "approval pending" email until reviewed.

Absolutely. If you're booking for a family member or colleague, use the guest booking flow and enter their contact details. The business will see who the appointment is for.

You can book up to 60 days in advance, subject to the business' availability and any blocked dates (such as holidays or closures).
